Hands
Date: High School Senior, 2009-10
Materials: Mechanical 0.9 Pencil; Thin-Tipped Marker; Crayola Colored Pencil
This was my first project in Art 2, my very first art class. The assignment was to draw hands coming from all four sides of the page, and to make a detailed background. I was in the mood for dragons, so I drew them fighting the hands.

Ethereal Dragon Begin
Date: High School Senior, 2009-10
Materials: Crayola Colored Pencil
In Art 2, the assignment was to draw a shape and make the inside of the shape a different pattern/image than the outside of the shape. I drew a dragon with an ocean sunset inside and a forest outside. I personally liked the way it looked with just the dragon without the forest. This is unfinished.

It was photographed when I photographed most of my art.

Watercolor Dragon
Date: High School Senior, 2009-10
Materials: Watercolor Paint
In Art 2, the assignment was to paint with the same style as Van Gogh. I really hate copying artist’s styles, so it’s not one of my best works of art.

Bored Dragon
Date: High School Senior, 2009-2010
Materials: Crayola Colored Pencil
In Art 2, the assignment was to draw an animal, a plant, and a game. I had to combine them in an interesting way. Originally, I couldn’t think of a game, but then I figured I could use roses as darts, so there you have it.

Design Dragon
Date: High School Senior, 2009-10
Materials: Scratch Art Canvas; Scraper
In Art 2, the assignment was to find a picture of a person, and then cut the clothes out, so that you only glue the skin on the canvas. Then, we had to put designs on the clothes, following the lines of clothing so it looked three-dimensional. I’m not quite sure what the canvas is called, but it seems to be scratch art, where there is a layer of black on top of a layer of some metallic substance, and scratching the black off will reveal the metal beneath. Most people scratch too hard so the metal gets scratched too, but I scratched just so that it would reflect a little. I really did not feel like finding a person, so I just cut out a hand and did the designs (the main point of the assignment was to put patterns) in my own way.

Fighting Dragons
Date: High School Senior, 2009-2010
Materials: Mechanical 0.9 Pencil
In Art 2, the assignment was to design a stain glass window. This was my first design, but then I figured it was a bit too complicated for the stain glass window of that size (it was small), so I had to redesign it.
