Materials: Adobe PhotoShop; DigiPro Tablet
I felt like playing around with the smudge tool in PhotoShop. I also wanted to draw something on a black background. Eventually, I made a dragon.

Date: High School Senior, April, 2010 Materials: Adobe PhotoShop; DigiPro Tablet I wanted to record myself drawing in PhotoShop and then make a speed drawing, but my first attempt failed miserably because the program I used did not want to record for long periods of time. But I still like what I did here! I drew the brown dragon first, and then the purple one after I got the hang of drawing with the tablet. Date: High School Senior, February, 2010 Materials: Mechanical 0.9 Pencil After learning how to draw dragons, I wanted to draw dragons in certain themes. When valentine’s day came up, I decided to draw a rose theme dragon. Later, I colored this in PhotoShop. Date: High School Senior, February, 2010 Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop; DigiPro Tablet I got my tablet by this time (the one that is not on the screen) so it was easier to color slightly, when you can have different sizes from the pressure sensor. Date: High School Senior, February, 2010 Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop; DigiPro Tablet I took off the ‘lines’ layer, just to see how it looked, and figured I would save it like that. This picture was not made to be without lines though, so it looks a little sketchy. Date: High School Senior, December, 2009 Materials: Mechanical 0.9 Pencil It’s a dragon with wings folded around it. I wanted to make it look like a Christmas tree. The star on top is supposed to be the tail of the dragon. I say this in case you cannot see it for it is not colored in a way that you’d be able to tell easily. Date: High School Senior, December, 2009 Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop Colored the scanned image in PhotoShop. Date: High School Junior, January, 2009 Materials: Mechanical 0.9 Pencil After reading a book on dragons that taught me the small things like "baby dragon foreheads are larger than adults", "they have rounder faces", etc, I was finally able to draw the dragon I always wanted to draw. In my opinion, this is still the best dragon I have ever drawn to this day. I suppose my later dragons became more simplified. Date: High School Senior, July, 2009 Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop I scanned in "Dragon" and tried experimenting with PhotoShop. I’ve never used PhotoShop very much before, so I was mostly testing it out.
