Ribbons
Date: College Freshman, December 6th, 2010
Time: A few hours (?)
Materials: Crayola Colored Pencils
Description: Many ribbons of many different blending colors coming out of a fixed center.
Artist’s Comments: I felt like drawing something with bright colors and to experiment with blending colors. Originally, I had a black background in mind, but a white background looks nice as well. I personally like the bluish-purple/gold looking ribbon, and I think it’s because they have two sets of complimentary colors next to each other. Whereas other ribbons tend to only have one set or none, mixed with other colors.

Here, I edited the picture in PhotoShop to put an easy black background instead of coloring one in myself with pencil.
