Fire PS
Date: High School Freshman, 2006-7
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
I finally got PhotoShop (Elements) and drew fire for an online guild. No one ever joined… but it was fun making a logo with fire! (also, Elements started bugging me because it took to long to load, I like CS3 better)
Chid Book Cover
Date: High School, Sophomore, December, 2008
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
I was writing a story for NaNoWriMo and I decided to make the cover of my story. In my story, I actually wrote about the cover, it’s supposed to be leather and the designs on it pop out. (It’s not just a flat cover)
Dragon PSd
Date: High School Senior, July, 2009
Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop
I scanned in “Dragon” and tried experimenting with PhotoShop. I’ve never used PhotoShop very much before, so I was mostly testing it out.
Dragon PSd 2
Date: High School Senior, July, 2009
Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop
Added flames behind “Dragon PS” though, it looks a bit strange because of the contrast in colors.
Rose From Me PSd
Date: High School Junior, February, 2009
Materials: Scanned image in Mechanical 0.9 Pencil; Adobe PhotoShop
I originally drew this in pencil, and then scanned it in to color it. It took a long time. I didn’t know how to use PhotoShop very well, but I knew about the gradient tool and the smudge tool, which is mostly what I used in this. I didn’t do so well on the leaf…
Sunset
Date: High School Senior, August, 2009
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
I wanted to get more practice in PhotoShop and I found that the smudge tool makes some things look like water.
Anime Eyes PS
Date: High School Senior, November, 2009
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
Used PhotoShop to draw anime styled eyes.
Christmas Dragon Tree
Christmas Dragon Tree PSd
Date: High School Senior, December, 2009
Materials: Scanned image in mechanical 0.9 pencil; Adobe PhotoShop
Colored the scanned image in PhotoShop.
Happy Holidays Dragon
Date: High School Senior, December, 2009
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
I’m not sure if I used my tablet or not, but I know this was my first time using a warp tool.
Fire Side Design
Date: High School Senior, 2009
Materials: Adobe PhotoShop
On DeviantArt, there’s a way to put something on the side of the literature thumbnail. I drew this to put on the side.
